Grand Illusion Part 2

Part 2 of Bonnie Hunter's Grand Illusion MQ came out this morning.  I have done my first block and published the picture on facebook, when I realized my white diamonds were not lined up.  So I am just going to have try harder as far as that goes.  Posting it here also.
Going to my Saturday sewing group tomorrow and hopefully I will get further on this MQ.

I am going to try strip piecing for these blocks, I think I have figured out the measurements I am just not wanting to cut all those individual biases.
